Tomette Herring, Sr. Adviser for Business to Business (B2B) Services
For the past 18+ years, Tomette has been a multi-talented success in business development and operations for the most prestigious system integrators around the Washington Metropolitan Area (i.e. Lockheed Martin LMIT, IS&GS, General Dynamics-Advanced Information Systems, Perot Systems and Northrop Grumman). She has been known for taking on the most challenging opportunities and turning them around, landing continued business through recompetes or new wins.
For most of her career, her strategic procurement targets and wins range from $50M to $3B and are a mix of single awards and various contract vehicles.

Byron A. Matthews, Sr. Associate Grant Development & Management
Byron brings over three decades of successful and progressively responsible grant development, program development and strategic planning experience to the Government Marketing Associates Grants Team. This successful experience includes providing multi-disciplinary and specialized resource development technical assistance to the non-profit community as a private consultant, grants-writer, special projects manager and as an independent federal proposal review panelist for the Department of Health & Human Services Offices of Public Health and Urban/Rural Community Economic Development Program.
